The fund must have a beginning and ending fund balance of $750,000 each year. During the fiscal year the fund may be used in the event the FPDR Fund becomes depleted to the extent that current obligations cannot be met. Interest earnings for the Reserve Fund are booked directly to the FPDR Fund.
