The Office of the Deputy Chief Administrator of City Operations includes the Deputy City Administrator, an Executive Assistant, a Manager II and one Analyst III. The DCA manages the following bureaus and programs in the service area: Bureau of Human Resources Bureau of Technology Services Bureau of Fleet and Facilities Office of Community-based Police Accountability City Budget Office Fire & Police Disability and Retirement Special Appropriations Office of the Deputy City Administrator of City Operations 527
