The services are now budgeted within the following three programs: the Facility and Amenity Maintenance program, which performs routine preventative and emergency maintenance and repair of park facilities and amenities; the Natural Area Maintenance program, which 936
City of Portland Fiscal Year 2026-27 Proposed Budget manages the care of natural resources and passive recreation across forests, wetlands, meadows and other natural landscapes; and the Park Maintenance program, which maintains daily operations at developed parks and developed park land including natural and developed assets, to provide clean, safe, functional, and beautiful parks.
