June 11, 2025 • Decrease General Fund Discretionary resource backing Bureau Program Expense in the Portland Housing Bureau for the Joint Office of Homeless Services allocation by $9,500,000$4,500,000. • Increase Cash Transfer Expense in Fund & Debt Management’s General Fund to the Development Services Fund by $9,500,000$4,500,000. • Decrease contingency in the Development Services Fund by $5,000,000.
