Novick 09 – Public Safety Support Specialist (PS3s) Additional Position Authorization Motion to provide the Portland Police Bureau with position authorization for 15 additional Public Safety Support Specialists (PS3s). • Add 15 FTE to the Portland Police Bureau for Public Safety Support Specialists. • Update Attachments A-H as needed to reflect this change. Novick 10 – Increase funding for the Portland Bureau of Emergency Management for emergency planning and training This amendment would increase General Fund to the Portland Bureau of Emergency management by $625,000 to restore one Training and Exercise Analyst, one Planner and add a second Planner. • Increase General Fund Bureau Program Expense in the Portland Bureau of Emergency Management by $625,000. • Update Attachments A-H as needed to reflect this change.
